The accessibility assessment was carried out by an external agency as well as a self-assessment by the responsible team using technical test tools and manual checks.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.mauderer.de. As well as its country pages www.mauderer.ch and www.mauderer.biz
Mauderer Alutechnik GmbH endeavours to make this website accessible in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG). The accessibility requirements result from § 3 BFSG in conjunction with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsverordnung (BFSGV) and the technical standards (e.g. EN 301 549, WCAG 2.2 AA).
This website is partially compatible with the requirements of the BFSG.
Implementation of the requirements
We have implemented the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our website:
- Keyboard operability: The functions and content of our website are largely accessible and operable via keyboard.
- Screen reader compatibility: The website is optimised for screen readers so that screen readers can correctly capture and display all content.
- Alternative texts: Some images and graphics have descriptive alternative texts.
- Contrasts and font size: We pay attention to sufficient colour contrasts and offer the option of adjusting the font size individually.

- Simple language: We endeavour to formulate our texts clearly and comprehensibly.
- Accessible documents: Legally relevant documents (terms and conditions, privacy policy, legal notice) are available in accessible form.
- Regular checks: Accessibility is checked regularly.
Non-accessible content
The following content is currently not fully accessible for the following reasons. We are working on adapting them as quickly as possible or providing alternatives.
- PDF documents are currently not yet accessible.
- Many images and graphics do not yet have alternative texts.
- Embedded videos are not yet fully subtitled.
- Some forms are not yet accessible.
- On some pages, headings are not yet completely correctly structured.
Reasons for incompatibility
- Disproportionate effort involved in converting older documents, making video content accessible and providing alternative texts.
- Technical limitations in the implementation of accessible functionalities.
The removal of these barriers is already being planned and will be implemented in stages over the next six months.
